Pre-course Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of experience* in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent,

Have at least 3 years of experience* in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
-
Have at least 4 years of experience* in a professional-level HR position (at least two in global HR) + a high school diploma or global equivalent.

*Note: Global HR experience is defined as having direct, cross-border HR responsibilities for two or more countries or regions.
